Job Description:

Transport Associate - Claim will be responsible for investigating and validating all types of claims originating from internal and external Supply Chain Management.


Your role is to:

  • Evaluating claims for reasonableness, necessary action, liability, and compliance with company regulations, operating principles, contracts, claims policies (Claim SOP/Decision Matrix)
  • Ensuring proper implementation of Decision Matrix to settle claims relating to the Internal departments & 3PL,4PL, CP vendors along with maintaining the SLA
  • Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports as per the requirement
  • Liaison between PSC/IR with Finance for the Claims clearance to Sellers & Customers ensuring proper SOP for Claim clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university
  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities, and strong numerical and analytical ability
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments and work under high pressure
  • Highly adaptable to the quick-changing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel & power point
